About Your Policy


You can enjoy the comfort of knowing your mobile phones and gadgets can be covered worldwide for:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water/liquid damage
  • Breakdown (including faults)
  • You are covered for up to 2 devices per account
  • Mobile phones and gadgets must be owned by the policyholder or family members who live at the same UK address (a family member is defined as your spouse/partner and also children under age 18, or under age 23 if in full time education, and they are living at home outside of term time)
  • You can make a maximum of 4 successful claims within a 12 month period
  • Successful claims will be subject to a policy excess of £75
  • Cover applies worldwide however where we send you a repaired or replacement item, this will only be sent to a UK address
  • Loss or theft of any device
  • More than 4 instances that give rise to an accepted claim in any 12 month period
  • Any damage or breakdown where you have knowingly put your device at risk or you have not taken care of it. Examples are provided in the "What you are NOT covered for" section of the Policy Document
  • Gadgets over 5 years old from date of purchase at point of claim
  • Any device with a purchase price of over £1,500 when you bought it
