Claims Process

If something unfortunate happens to one of your phones or gadgets, these are the key things you need to know when making a claim:

Lost or stolen mobile phone - tell your network provider

Do this as soon as possible so they can prevent any unauthorised usage. Your policy only covers unauthorised network charges incurred up to 24 hours from the point of discovering the incident.

Cover limits are:

  • £2,000 (including VAT) for contract devices
  • £100 (including VAT) for Pay as you Go

Stolen device – tell the Police        

Do this as soon as possible to obtain an incident reference number. You will be asked to provide this number when logging the claim.

Provide the incident details

You can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online or by calling us.

Our decision

Once your incident details have been submitted we’ll let you know if your claim is accepted or referred. For some referred claims we may need supporting information before making our final decision.
